Incase all you yanks don’t know I’ am Canadian. Yes, I would walk five hundred miles and would walk five hundred more for a case of Canadian (even though I’m not of age). I love my country, we can be strong and be pussies at the same time. Example: Being in Afghanistan and not going to Iraq which is the best decision ever made. After all the love I have for my country, there is one problem with Canada that I fucking hate. His name is Stephan Harper.
This man is the Prime Minister of Canada. To me he looks more American than Mel Gibson’s character in the Patriot. He like the Prime Minister of Australia sucks up to Bush more than a porn star.
Anyways to point that I want to make for this article which I have been meaning write for almost a year.
Harper became the Prime Minister about a year ago and he had to make his budget. One of the issues was health care. His health care plan is to give parents one hundred dollars a month to parents who have children under six. Fuck you. These parents are not going to use this hundred dollars for there kids. That was the worst idea ever. This isn’t the only bullshit in Canada. Here are few more things that suck about Canada.
The Smoking Ban
Well incase you do not know Canada has smoking ban in almost every province. If not that then the whole country is banned. Actually this really isn’t a ban since people are still smoking. This ban calls for all smoking to be banned in all public places, That’s right, you can't smoke in bars, no more smoking areas in restaurants and you can't even try a cigar is a cigar shop.
Now I don’t smoke and I definitely do not plan too, but you are taking away rights of people to make others more comfortable. Well fuck you if you want to be comfortable, if you’re in a bar and you don’t want to be around someone smoking then kindly fuck off.
Smoking is a legal activity, so why shouldn’t restaurant owners, bar owners the casino owners be allowed to allow this legal activity to take place on their property. Why not allow these owners to choose if they wan't smoking areas or not. If they do then let the smokers kill themselves.
They are trying to make it look like they are doing something good when actually they are screwing you over. Bars, restaurants and casinos are going to loose a shit load of money since many of the people who gamble and drink at these places like to smoke. I leave with the best quote ever made by some bar owner in Ontario.
“Welcome to Ontario where you can marry a fag but can’t smoke one.”
This brings me to my next point.
Gay Marriage
Blasphemy. You can be gay all you fucking want but marriage are for a man and a woman. Not two women or two men. Fuck you. I propose we make a new type of marriage. We can call it gayrriage or egad gay marriage which would be seperate and away from the church. Then there would be no bitching and everyone wins. It doesn't really matter how the fags marry or garry just as long as they have their precious relationship.
The bible can stop its bitching as well. The church needs to take it easy and worry about themselves, if you don’t want to marry some fags or lezbos then don’t. Leave it too Vegas. If they could be “bonded” like a marriage but not actually be “married” but rather "garried" then we would all be fine. Moving on to a less gay topic.
The Gun Ban
This is possible the biggest piece of bullshit. The Prime Minister Paul Martin and the Liberals dumped billions of dollars in the Gun Ban. All hand guns are banned and rifles for hunting guns had to be registered. This is supposed to stop crime in Canada because criminals with guns will you know just hand them over and register them so they can get caught when they murder someone. Morons.
This once again is trying to make it look like the government is doing something when actually they are screwing you over because if anything, crime as gone up. More gun related deaths have happened just my county and because if this bullshit idiots students in my old civics class supported a gun ban. I wanted to make them cry. The Dawson College shooting is probably something you yank’s heard about but it was like our columbine. That was outside my province. Around me in the past few years, a cop was shot to death, a man shot his family and killed himself, a man barricaded himself with a gun inside his house across the street from my fucking school when I was in grade eight. I have a feeling I have missed something aswell.
Then you have pricks like Michael Moore wondering why gun violence was so low compared to America. Check and compare our nations populations you dumbass and you can make a pretty clear conclusion as to why one number is fucking higher than the other. Our gun violence isn’t low, yours is just too fucking high.
The most hilarious thing was when the re-election came between Martin and Harper, Martin said he would ban hand guns! In fact hand guns have been banned for years! The day before he said the speech I was crossing the border back to Canada and the sign at customs says "Hand guns are not allowed in Canada" and trust me that was there for a while.
This ban wastes time and money of innocent citizens who hunt (yes moose, don’t stereotype us you assholes) legally.
Throughout this article I have bitched about Canada and America. Let me just get this straight. I don't hate these countries. Just the morons that run it and support the idiocy. Also, I must have made some mistakes or look like an idiot somewhere. Judge me, please, I need hate mail.
